enrolment to school：分兩項進行比較

結(jié)論：從這兩國來看，人口越多的國家，生活水平相對低。

四個部分的花銷：education defense health and other
其中肯尼亞和另一個國家（記不起名字了）較為相似，在教育上的花銷較大而在defense上很小，與之相比較的是英國和美國，他們在教育上的expenditure較小，而健康和defense上很大，四個國家的相同之處就是other占的比例最大，大約都在70%左右。
