“夜晚，大家都睡覺(jué)了，突然攪拌機(jī)響了起來(lái)，而且聲音很大，你說(shuō)惱火不惱火？”市建筑公司家屬院里的一名老住戶說(shuō)，剛開(kāi)始施工時(shí)，附近居民的意見(jiàn)很大。后來(lái)，家屬院門口多了一個(gè)告示牌，說(shuō)夜間施工給住戶帶來(lái)了不便，請(qǐng)大家諒解。想想別人也不容易，互相諒解才能和平共處，所以大家就不再計(jì)較了。
記者走訪市區(qū)一些建筑工地發(fā)現(xiàn)，雖然春節(jié)剛過(guò)，但有些工地已經(jīng)開(kāi)工了。市樂(lè)山大道北段一在建工地的墻上，貼著一張寫(xiě)有“噪音給大家的生活帶來(lái)了不便，我們以后會(huì)注意的”的紙。這張紙已略顯破舊，但體現(xiàn)了施工者的誠(chéng)意。對(duì)于工地夜間施工，附近居民說(shuō)，現(xiàn)在好多了，至少不會(huì)再折騰到深夜了。
“我們附近的工地也曾貼過(guò)類似的告示，以此來(lái)緩和和居民間的緊張關(guān)系。”家住市十三香路北段的王先生說(shuō)，工地夜間施工有嚴(yán)格規(guī)定，超時(shí)施工人人煩，居民往往會(huì)因?yàn)樵胍艉褪┕ふ甙l(fā)生沖突。他說(shuō)，像這樣的溫馨告示牌，不僅緩和了雙方的關(guān)系，而且有利于社會(huì)和諧。
