　　目前，高等學校在職業(yè)教育方面存在著一些突出問題，學校教育與學生就業(yè)及市場對人才的需求相脫節(jié)，教學實效性較差，教學工作處于尷尬局面。在采用抽樣調(diào)查法、問卷調(diào)查、走訪等方法后，對商務英語專業(yè)市場人才需求的狀況，對商務英語專業(yè)學生教學及課程開發(fā)的要求等情況進行了調(diào)查與分析，以有利于改革高職高專教育和教學工作。

　　就業(yè)市場商務英語人才需求

　　在國民教育體系中，職業(yè)教育是一個不可忽視的重要組成部分，因為它是促進經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展和勞動就業(yè)的重要途徑。職業(yè)教育就是就業(yè)教育，社會需求是職業(yè)教育的生產(chǎn)力。只有堅持改革、創(chuàng)新，根據(jù)市場需求，及時調(diào)整專業(yè)，才是職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本途徑。

　　20xx年8月至20xx年9月，吉林省教育學院外語系《高職商務英語專業(yè)課程開發(fā)與課程設置改革的研究》課題組在吉林省、遼寧省、浙江省以及北京、上海、深圳、杭州、義烏、大連等地進行一次市場人才需求社會問卷抽樣調(diào)查，力圖調(diào)查社會對商務英語專業(yè)人才的需求情況，了解一些基本情況及所占比例，為商務英語專業(yè)進一步發(fā)展提供依據(jù)，并按社會需求和就業(yè)導向進行課程開發(fā)和改革，重新制定以就業(yè)為導向，以學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃為主線的>教學計劃，使專業(yè)及其課程設置更趨完善、有效，并符合當代社會發(fā)展的需要，具有時效性。

　　一、關于調(diào)查問卷

　　1、問卷調(diào)查的問題

　　本次調(diào)查問卷是由課題組成員共同設計的。由三部分組成，即調(diào)查單位基本情況、主體問卷以及對商務英語專業(yè)課程設置的情況調(diào)查，共設計問題35個，其中調(diào)研單位及被調(diào)查者個人基本情況5個，市場人才需求和課程設置調(diào)查具體問題30個。

　　2、問卷調(diào)查的途徑

　　此次調(diào)查問卷發(fā)放采取的方式有兩種，一是郵寄問卷，二是通過走訪的方式，直接到調(diào)查單位發(fā)放問卷，與管理者進行面對面的交流和采訪，并把答卷當場提交上來。郵寄的調(diào)查問卷以及走訪單位的范圍包括全國5個省、12個市，共發(fā)放問卷500份，收回問卷156份，其中有效問卷128份。

　　二、基本情況

　　本次調(diào)查的單位主要涉及國營和事業(yè)單位、民營企業(yè)、中外合資企業(yè)、商貿(mào)和股份

　　制公司、個體及私營公司等。從企業(yè)規(guī)�？�，大型企業(yè)占22、0%、中型企業(yè)占31、5%、小型企業(yè)占46、5%。從企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟類型看，國有企業(yè)占10、4%、民營企業(yè)占23、5%、中外合資企業(yè)占9、0%、商貿(mào)和股份合作制公司占25、5%、個體和私營公司占31、6%。

　　調(diào)查以公司和>企業(yè)管理者為對象，其中企業(yè)經(jīng)營者職務為董事長、總經(jīng)理、廠長、企業(yè)高層副職占26、0%，市場部及人事部經(jīng)理職務占38、5%，工程師和技術人員8、7%，公司職員17、5%，其它職務占9、3%。受調(diào)查的128人中，男性占64、1%，女性占35、9%、

　　三、對商務英語專業(yè)人才需求情況

　　在本次調(diào)查中，在問到調(diào)查單位目前是否有引進商務英語人才計劃時，有60、9%的單位選擇了“有”；暫未考慮和沒有的分別為23、4%和15、6%。這說明市場對商務英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)生需求是比較大的，培養(yǎng)的前景是樂觀的。調(diào)查中，認為最受企業(yè)歡迎的商務英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)生類型是“學習成績好，并具有較強的社交能力的”占60%，其次是“社交能力強”的占27、9%，而“學習成績好”的占12、1%、可見綜合素質(zhì)高是最受歡迎的畢業(yè)生類型。

　　在問到對商務英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的具體要求（可多種）時，提出“英語口語好”的比例最多占61、6%，依次是“交際能力強”占53、8%，“具有扎實的基本功，業(yè)務能力強”占42、6%，“有一定的商務實踐能力”占40、5%，“英語+商務”占19%，畢業(yè)生“要過英語四級”的占18、5%，“有國家二級計算機證書”的占10、3%，“具有良好的職業(yè)道德和就業(yè)觀念”占5、6%，“形象氣質(zhì)佳”的占3、1%。

　　對于職業(yè)資格證書對畢業(yè)生是否重要的問題上，調(diào)查單位表示重要的比例為45%，認為不太重要，重實際能力的占54、7%。由此可看出用人單位已傾向于看重畢業(yè)生的實際能力和水平，但從統(tǒng)計的比例數(shù)也可看出目前不少單位還是重視畢業(yè)生是否擁有各種證書。

　　四、對商務英語專業(yè)學生教學及課程開發(fā)的要求調(diào)查

　　在本次調(diào)查中，調(diào)查單位對商務英語專業(yè)教學和課程設置的問題是比較關心的。在問到商業(yè)英語專業(yè)的英語基礎課是否需要以商務內(nèi)容為學習材料時，有82、5%的單位選擇了同意；不同意也不反對和不同意的分別占12、3%和5、2%。這表明商務英語專業(yè)的英語基礎課的教材以商務內(nèi)容為學習英語技能的材料是符合市場需求的。

　　在商務英語專業(yè)的專業(yè)課教學應該用英語進行還是借助漢語講授的問題上，同意借助漢語講授商務知識的比例最高占45、3%，同意用英語講述的比例占33、6%，不同意也不反對的比例是21、1%。可見，贊成借助本族語學習商務知識的比重較大，說明專業(yè)知識的學習與英語技能的培養(yǎng)相關性不是十分大。

　　在問到針對商務英語專業(yè)的學生在大學期間應開設哪些課程為好時，有31、5%的經(jīng)營者建議開設“商業(yè)英語精讀”和“商業(yè)英語聽說”課程；要求開設“>國際貿(mào)易實務”、“商務禮儀”和“>市場營銷學”的比重也較大分別為25、6%、14、1%和10、9%；

　　“商務英語寫作”占18%，“>電子商務”占16、3%，“國際金融”15、3%，“經(jīng)濟學”占14、6%，還有提出開設“>社會學”和“管理學”等。

　　五、存在的'主要問題及改進建議

　　通過此次調(diào)查了解到，用人單位對學校培養(yǎng)學生方面有較高的要求，其中認為學校應該培養(yǎng)學生能夠與各種人打交道，具有較強的溝通能力的比例最高達到了43、5%，其次是：培養(yǎng)學生具有較強的實務操作能力（21、5%）、培養(yǎng)能力和知識相并重的學生（19、3%）不太清楚或無建議（15%）。

　　在問到“您作為用人單位，能否就高等職業(yè)院校商務英語專業(yè)的學生培養(yǎng)方面，提出一些寶貴意見和建議”時，有的調(diào)查單位表現(xiàn)出很強的社會負責感，提出了很多建設性的意見和建議，歸納起來有以下幾個方面；1）提高學生的整體素質(zhì)；2）培養(yǎng)思想道德好的學生；3）要求學生打好英語語言基礎，口語流利并具有較強的商務實踐能力；4）學校要注重教學質(zhì)量；5）找實踐單位，參加社會實踐學習，進行實用型教育；6）要培養(yǎng)學生具有一定的書面表達和翻譯能力；7）鼓勵學生增強自信精神；8）培養(yǎng)學生具有社會交往能力，提高整體形象等。

　　從此次調(diào)查問卷可以看出，用人單位對畢業(yè)生和學校的要求都具有較強的實用性和針對性的特點，既要求學生有較高的英語語言技能，尤其是英語口語水平，又需要學生具有較好的商務實踐和商務溝通能力，也對學校提出了培養(yǎng)學生的綜合素質(zhì)和提高教育教學質(zhì)量的要求。這些調(diào)查結果應引起我們極大的關注和重視，有待在今后的商務英語專業(yè)教學中進行調(diào)整和強化，它也是進行商務英語專業(yè)課程開發(fā)和課程設置改革的重要依據(jù)，具有寶貴的參考和實用價值。
