《課程標準》提出要培養(yǎng)學生的祖國意識和國際視野,因此本課抓住機會讓學生比較中國和英國不同的生日習俗,讓學生不會隨著中國與國際接軌反而忘了中國傳統(tǒng)的生日習俗.為了不使?jié)B透文化意識像蜻蜓點水一帶而過,同時學生的英語水平有限,采用教師出示圖并介紹,而后有一個小練習了解學生的理解程度.同時該環(huán)節(jié)有助于發(fā)展學生的聽力.

在該練習后教師鼓勵學生課后進一步查詢相關(guān)的資料,以更擴大自己的視野.培養(yǎng)學生的自學意識.

上課初馬上提出學習任務(wù),讓學生帶著明確的學習目標學習.為照顧差異,任務(wù)既有英文也有中文,讓學困生更好的了解學習任務(wù).

"生活即教育"通過創(chuàng)設(shè)讓學生幫助找東西的場景,先復習舊知識in,而后引出新單詞on,under的學習,以舊帶新,降低學習難度.列舉多個用相同發(fā)音規(guī)律的單詞培養(yǎng)學生自主發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)發(fā)音規(guī)律的能力.

通過手勢讓學生更好的明白新單詞的意思.

教育心理學研究表明,課堂及時復習要比六小時以后復習的效率高出四倍.因此在新單詞學習到一定階段時采用看,畫的方式,了解學生對單詞的理解程度.

課程標準特別強調(diào)要關(guān)注每個學生的情感,激發(fā)他們學習英語的興趣,幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,使他們在學習過程中發(fā)展綜合語言運用能力,在本環(huán)節(jié)采用動畫將物品不斷的累加或抽取來練習on和under使學生能聯(lián)想到平時常玩的疊積木,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)生活處處有英語,對英語更充滿興趣.

課程標準理念之一：開發(fā)課程資源,拓展學用渠道,因此在本環(huán)節(jié)充分利用課文練習三的圖案改頭換面成為一個memory game在保持興趣的同時充分利用手頭現(xiàn)有的學習資料.

學習課文通過提出兩個問題分層次完成,從易到難.

學習任務(wù)分步驟提出,先讓學生看圖,討論,介紹大明其他禮物所在的位置,主要練習學生聽,說的能力；第二個環(huán)節(jié)讓學生擺放自己要給大明的禮物,并寫成一封信,既與課文聯(lián)系上,又培養(yǎng)學生動手和寫的能力,落實三年級英語要達到一級教學目標中能正確書寫26個字母和詞組.

有的同學粘貼圖片,有的同學書寫句子,有的同學讀信件,在活動中培養(yǎng)學生的合作意識.

評價由學生自己完成,在學習中培養(yǎng)學生自評和互評意識.
