Module 3 一、模塊教學(xué)建議 語言功能：說明中西方飲食文化的不同。 學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)：What did you\she\he have for breakfast\lunch\dinner? I\She\He had… 運用任務(wù)：給外國朋友發(fā)電子郵件，說一說中國的飲食文化；列出昨天晚上的菜單；描述一種食品：說出自己喜歡的食物；給朋友寫信說一說昨天晚上自己的食譜。 模塊分析：本模塊主要圍繞英國早餐食品這一主題展開，運用過去時態(tài)。Unit1通過Daming 收到的電子郵件內(nèi)容說出了英國人早餐的習(xí)慣。要求學(xué)生用had來講自己昨天吃了什么。Unit2 中增加了幾種外國食品，讓學(xué)生知道食品和飲料的英語說法。在讀詞的過程中體會字母組合ea,ee,ear,ere,eir在單詞中的發(fā)音。 二、活動建議 活動1：發(fā)郵件 活動目的：練習(xí)寫英語郵件 活動準(zhǔn)備：一份全班學(xué)生的郵箱地址。 活動過程：教師先教給學(xué)生英文郵件的寫法。將學(xué)生分為4人小組，然后出示其它小組學(xué)生的郵件地址，讓學(xué)生從中尋找一位網(wǎng)友（確保每人都能選到網(wǎng)友，如果出現(xiàn)單數(shù)，老師應(yīng)填上自己的地址），并按照郵箱地址寫信，談?wù)撟约鹤蛱斓耐聿�。注意過去時態(tài)的正確使用。如有條件教師可以帶學(xué)生去網(wǎng)絡(luò)教室親自操作。 活動2：寫信 活動目的：鞏固和練習(xí)I had some…yesterday.的語句，培養(yǎng)寫的能力。 活動準(zhǔn)備：食物照片、筆 、信封 活動過程：每個學(xué)生先在自己的照片背面寫兩三句話作為說明，如：I’m Lili. I’m from China. I’m ten years old. I had some…last New Day.（學(xué)生能寫出兩三句即可，若有些學(xué)生感覺寫英文困難，可只讓他們口頭表達(dá)。）然后將照片放入寫好的信封內(nèi)，投入代表郵筒的紙盒里。選一學(xué)生做郵遞員（可輪換），抽出一封信并讀出信封上的名字，被念到名字的學(xué)生打開信、出示照片并讀出照片背面的英文。 活動3：頭腦風(fēng)暴 活動目的：熟悉各種食物名稱，鍛煉單詞的拼寫能力。 活動準(zhǔn)備：四人小組快速回憶自己所知道的食物名稱 活動過程：在黑板上寫出Food這個單詞，四人小組在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)寫出他們組所知道的食物，比一比哪組說的單詞多而且拼寫正確，其他小組可以補充。可以以相同的方法在做Drink. 活動4：文化擂臺 活動目的：了解跨文化知識，進(jìn)行文化對比。 活動準(zhǔn)備：查找外國食物來歷及我國名菜來歷的資料。 活動過程：讓學(xué)生通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)、書籍找一找外國食物及我國名菜來歷的資料，在班級中進(jìn)行匯報。老師要在對外國文化講解的同時，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生不要有崇洋媚外的思想。要注意合理的膳食搭配。 Module ３ English Food 教學(xué)目標(biāo) 語言知識 1.詞匯：egg, email, sandwich, traditional, delicious。 2．語法：不規(guī)則動詞have的過去形式had。 3．句型：What did she have for breakfast/lunch/dinner/yesterday? T: What’s your favourite food? S: My favourite food is… 2、Presentation: T: I had bread this morning, what did you have? Ss: I had rice/milk/noodles… T: We always have rice, noodles, and dumplings for meals. They are Chinese food. Do you know English food? Ss: Talk about English food which they know. T: Tell the student Daming get an email from Lingling. It’s talk about English food. Now let’s see what Lingling introduces. Then write the title. 四、 Teach new lesson: Step1 Show them some new word cards and teach them the pronunciation. Step2 Open their books; listen to the tape for the first time, ask the students to find out the new words and the name of the food. And explain some English eating habits. Step3 Give the student some questions: 1、 What did Daming have got? 2、 What did Lingling have for breakfast/lunch/dinner? Listen to the tape for the second time, ask the students to answer the question, and then check the answer together. Step4 Ask the students to see the pictures and play the tape, the students read after it. At last the students read the text in pairs. 五、 Practice Ask the student to see the third part of the text. Use the sentences to make dialogues in pairs. 六、 Homework Go over the text. Ask students to try to read out them, and then teach them these words. Step2 Put on a letter of this unit. Ask students to see the letter and at the same time to listen to the tape. For the first time the students should draw a line under the new words. Then ask them to try to answer these questions: 1、 Who ate hamburgers? 2、 Who had a sandwich? 3、 What is mum going to cook tonight? Step2 Play the tape, the students should read after it. Then check the answers. Step3 Ask the students to see the second part. Use the food to make some dialogues. Students do it in pairs. To see which group is the best.
