Unit 4Buying fruit 教材簡析： 本單元的核心教學(xué)內(nèi)容是“認(rèn)物”，主要學(xué)習(xí)句子What are these/ those? They’re…。Book4A中已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)What’s this/ that? It’s…句型。教學(xué)中教師可以采用以舊帶新的方法，從單數(shù)句式引出復(fù)數(shù)句式，還可以通過單復(fù)數(shù)形式比較找出它們之間的區(qū)別。 本單元主要出現(xiàn)了水果類單詞，除lemons, strawberries, grapes三種水果是第一次出現(xiàn)以外,其余八種均在Book3A第三單元中出現(xiàn)過。教師可通過句型Do you like …? Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.的問答教授這三個新單詞,并適當(dāng)補充一些學(xué)生感興趣的水果單詞,如甘蔗(sugar cane),荔枝(lichee)等等。本單元出現(xiàn)的是這些單詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式，涉及到詞形、讀音的變化，是教學(xué)中的難點。教師可以對名詞復(fù)數(shù)的詞形和讀音進(jìn)行歸類。與本單元所出現(xiàn)的水果類單詞緊密結(jié)合的是在商店里購物的常用語Can I help you? How many kilos? These or those?等。 教學(xué)目的：   綜合復(fù)習(xí)所學(xué)過的詞匯、句型、并能正確地聽、說、讀、寫。   能綜合運用所學(xué)的日常交際用語。 1．類別語音項目要求 語音輔音字母組合th在單詞中的發(fā)音聽讀、辨認(rèn) 2．詞匯apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, grapes, watermelons, pears, some聽得懂、會說、會讀、會拼寫 3．日常交際用語Can I help you?These or those?聽得懂、會說、會讀 4．句型What are these/ those?They’re….How many kilos?… kilos, please.聽得懂、會說、會讀、會寫 5．歌謠會朗誦 教學(xué)理念： 1.能聽懂、會說、會讀、會拼寫所學(xué)單詞 2.能聽懂、會說、會讀日常交際用語 3.能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫句型 4．在教學(xué)中教師要注意創(chuàng)設(shè)購物情景，讓學(xué)生熟練自如的運用這些購物的基本用語。另外可以根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況適當(dāng)補充一些其他購物用語或讓學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生課后去收集這類交際用語，以擴充他們的知識面、鍛煉他們的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。 教學(xué)重點： 1．綜合復(fù)習(xí)所學(xué)過的詞匯、句型、并能正確地聽、說、讀、寫。 2．能綜合運用所學(xué)的日常交際用語。 教學(xué)難點： 能綜合運用所學(xué)的詞匯、句型、并能正確地聽、說、讀、寫。 教具準(zhǔn)備：   課時安排： 本單元共5 課時。 A 部分 第1課時 B部分 第2課時 C 部分 第3課時 D 部分 第4課時 做練習(xí) 第5課時 備課時間: The first period 一、Teaching content: Part B  Look ,read and learn：Part C Ask and answer 二、Teaching aims: a.Language aims: 1.能聽得懂、會說、會讀和會拼寫單詞apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, grapes, watermelons, pears。能聽得懂、會說、會讀單詞pineapples, lemons, strawberries, mangoes。 2.能聽得懂、會說、會讀和會寫句型What are these/those? They’re…. b.Ability aims: 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力。 c.Emotion aims. To motivate students to love English. 三、Main points: 1.能聽得懂、會說、會讀和會拼寫單詞apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, grapes, watermelons, pears。能聽得懂、會說、會讀單詞pineapples, lemons, strawberries, mangoes。 2.學(xué)會有表情的朗讀歌謠《I like fruit》。 四、Difficult points: 能聽得懂、會說、會讀和會寫句型What are these/those? T: Point to the teacher, student, policeman, nurse, doctor, dentist, farmer, etc. S: Teacher, student, policeman, nurse, doctor, dentist, farmer, etc.(do the action while speak out the word) T- SS- S Step 2. Presentation T: Do you like doctors/nurses/ policemen/ farmers/…? S: Yes, I do. ( No, I don’t.) T: Do you like your English/ Chinese/ math teacher? S: Yes, I do. (No, I don’t.) T: Thank you. Miss Wang likes apples. Do you like apples? S: Yes, I do. (No, I don’t.) T: What do you like, then? S: I like pears/bananas/pineapples/watermelons/peaches/oranges/mangoes. Step 3 New words, chant and structures learning 1.New words learning T: Oh, I see. Now, I’ll play a game with you. It is called” Touch and guess”. Who’d like to come to the front and have a try? S: I try. T: XXX, come here. Please touch and guess what are these in the bag? S1: Pears. T: Let me see. Oh, you’re right. Now I’ll change the fruits, please wait a minute. OK, who’d like to try now? S: I try. T: XXX, you please. S2: (touching the fruits) T: What are these? S2: Oranges. T: I’m sorry you’re wrong. Who can touch and guess once again? S: I try. T: OK, XXX, you please. S3: Pears. T: I’m sorry you’re wrong, either. Let me show you: what are these in the bag? ( take out the fruits in the bag) Look, they’re lemons. Say after me, lemons. S: Lemons. T: Lemon. ( point to one lemon) S: Lemon. T: Lemons. ( point to all lemons) S: Lemons. T: OK, boys and girls. What are these in the bag? S: Lemons. T: Yes, you can also say: They’re lemons. S: They’re lemons. ( Teach the words “grapes” and “ strawberries” in the same way.) T: OK, now let’s do ‘’point to …” once again, but this time we don’t point to the students act in different jobs, we point to the fruits. Are you ready? S: Yes. T: Good, here we go! Point to the lemons, grapes, strawberries, etc. S: Lemons, grapes, strawberries, etc. T-SS-S 2. New chant learning T: You’ve done a great job just now. OK, it’s time to say a chant. Do you like it? Practice T: Now, please use the fruits you brought here to make a dialogue with your desk mates. If you didn’t bring anything, you can talk about the pictures on page 33 in your English book. Pay attention to use the new drills in your dialogues. Now, I’d like to give you an example. Please listen carefully. Excuse me, what are these? S4: They’re apples? T: Do you like apples？ S4: Yes, I do. T: What are those over there? S4: They’re lemons. T: Do you like lemons? S4: No, I don’t. T: Oh, I see. I like lemons. May I have one? S4: Sure, here you are. T: Thank you. S4: Not at all. S: （Work in pairs.） T: Ask some pairs to act their dialogues out. T: Take out your books and turn to page 30, let’s read after the tape. S: (Read after the tape, and then read in groups/ pairs.) Step 5. Consolidation T: I know my father and mother like apples. Do you know what fruit do you father and mother like? After class, use the words and sentences we have learnt today to ask your father and mother what do they like.
