Winter Holiday Social Practice In the Bank of China
今年寒假，十分有幸我能得到這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)在中國銀行東營東城支行實(shí)習(xí)，

。在正式開始實(shí)習(xí)的前一天與行長溝通后明確了自己的工作內(nèi)容都包括什么，服務(wù)須知，注意事項(xiàng)等等。This winter holiday, I felt so lucky that I can get an opportunity to start my social practice at The Bank of China ( Shandong Province Dongying City Eastern city district sub-branch ). Before I start practice, I came to the president’office to talk to him, make sure I understand my job, and matters need attention something like that.
實(shí)習(xí)期間帶我的是中國銀行的理財(cái)經(jīng)理林琳，第一天的工作是從最基本的業(yè)務(wù)開始的打印存折，辦理個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)填寫的種種表格。如支票匯款填寫入賬單，辦理銀行卡填寫個(gè)人開戶申請(qǐng)單。第一次這么仔細(xì)的記錄每張單子的用途，在都了解了以后我會(huì)經(jīng)常在填單子的桌子面前，反復(fù)記憶，防止耽誤客戶辦理業(yè)務(wù)的時(shí)間。
During my practice, the person who guides me is the financial manager of the bank- Ms. Lin. The first job beginning with the basest work of the job, like print the passbook, clear about each page is use for what. For example, I want to use check to operate my money, I must write the bill first, and also if I want to have my own bank card, I need to write the application first then go to the counter. This is my first time try to remember the use of each different page, after I knew them, usually I stand in front the desk to review, prevent waste customer’s time check out the business.
第二天是很不尋常的一天，來到更衣室換上西裝剛走進(jìn)大廳，一位老人就拿著存折來找到我說小伙子你能不能幫我打印一下存折。學(xué)的業(yè)務(wù)終于有了用武之地，我拿著存折來到ATM面前，翻到有空余的一頁插進(jìn)ATM。存折打印完以后老人微笑道謝，第一次成功的獨(dú)立辦理了一項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)，心里很是高興。然后就是將銀行各種單子和復(fù)印件我要撕開然后分類擺放。當(dāng)天下午跟著林琳學(xué)習(xí)怎樣開通網(wǎng)銀業(yè)務(wù)，這份曾經(jīng)在我心中很難完成的工作在林琳的講解下也變得容易了起來，我一直盼望著有一天可以給客戶獨(dú)立開通一次業(yè)務(wù)。
The second day is an unusual day, finish wear uniform walk in the lobby, a old man find me with his passbook and say: “Can you help me print my passbook?” I said of course. Turn over to the blank page insert the ATM, after print old man say thanks to me with a smile, this thing make me happy for a long time because this is my first time finish job by myself, next is apart some photo-copy in the right way, this afternoon I learned how to open e-bank and short message notice, I never thought this two things easy like that, so a great teacher is very important. I really hope one day I can open them for someone.
果然我的愿望得以實(shí)現(xiàn)了，第三天下午一對(duì)情侶走進(jìn)銀行說要開通短信提醒業(yè)務(wù)，馬上把他的銀行卡插入ATM, 然后熟練地用ATM完成了短信提醒業(yè)務(wù)的開通，

最后的兩天是最忙碌的日子，因?yàn)榭斓侥甑足y行方面要統(tǒng)計(jì)在本行開戶的客戶信息，所以我就擔(dān)負(fù)起了理財(cái)經(jīng)理的任務(wù)，整理銀行的印鑒卡。就是一種卡片上面記錄著客戶及公司信息，每一位公司客戶在銀行都有自己專用的印鑒卡。而我的責(zé)任就是在系統(tǒng)中錄入印鑒卡的信息并且把印鑒卡按照系統(tǒng)順序裝訂成冊(cè)。這是一項(xiàng)枯燥而又有趣的工作，你要和同事協(xié)同配合在系統(tǒng)中錄入信息，一點(diǎn)都不能走神，否則就會(huì)出錯(cuò)。兩人的默契很重要，另一方面你要面對(duì)電腦長達(dá)幾個(gè)小時(shí)之久，身體會(huì)很疲倦。
The last two days are the most busy day, because of the fast by the end of the bank to open an account in the bank statistics of customer information, so I can take on the task of wealth managers, finishing the bank signature card, is a kind of card record with the customer and company information, each customer has its own special signature card in a bank. And my responsibility is in the system input information of signature card and the signature card according to the binder system order. This is a boring and interesting job, you should cooperate and colleagues together in the system input information, don't distracted or it will go wrong, it is very important to two people's tacit understanding, on the other hand you have to face computer for a few hours, the body will be very tired.
總之，在銀行的這段時(shí)間，從一無所知到接觸到理財(cái)這種專業(yè)性極強(qiáng)的工作，我覺得我對(duì)銀行了解的更多了，雖然只是很基礎(chǔ)的零工和簡單的業(yè)務(wù)，卻依然讓我銘記這次難忘的銀行實(shí)踐。
In brief in this time of the bank, from nothing to come into contact with the finance manager of this highly professional work, I think I know more about the bank, though only very odd jobs and simple business, but still let me remember the unforgettable bank practices
