教材分析:
高一英語第十七單元的中心話題是famous women——“著名女性”。介紹了世界上不同民族、不同領(lǐng)域中的非凡女性及其成就的取得,各部分的內(nèi)容都是圍繞這一中心話題而進行設(shè)計的。我上的這節(jié)課本單元的閱讀復習課,講的是一位60歲的女性獨自一人在南極探險的故事,是一篇以第一人稱來敘述的記敘文,敘述“我”獨自一人在南極探險的故事,講述了“我”怎樣以頑強的意志和高超的自救技能戰(zhàn)勝困難,脫離險境;表現(xiàn)了“我”樂觀和大無畏的精神。通過本課的學習,既要讓學生通過語言實踐活動來體驗語言,從而提升自己綜合語言運用的能力,又要讓學生學習到了語法重點,以及各知識點的歸納與終結(jié)。
學生分析:
我們學校進行的是分層次教學——班級分層。我所帶的班級是平行班,英語水平一般,大部分學生對單詞、短語、和語法知識掌握的都不是太好。但是進入高三以來,同學們的學習熱情高漲,都想通過高三的一輪復習來重新打好英語基礎(chǔ)。在教學過程中,我也發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分學生愿意學習,勤于學習,但在課堂上不懂得知識的串聯(lián)和綜合,英語寫作上也有一定的困難。

1.Another journey of challenge and danger was about to begin. But challenges were just around the corner.
2.On hands and knees I got the tent up and dragged my sleeping bag into the tent and lay down out of the cold wind.
3.It is an experience I shall never forget and shall value for the rest of my life.
4.On the third day I was struggling through stormy weather and during the next week the wind grew stronger and I found myself spending a whole day in my tent.
5.I was in good health and all of my equipment was working well
6.I did so without regret.

StepⅠ: Presentation
1.由幻燈片給出圖片,讓學生回憶課文Alone In Antarctica內(nèi)容,引導學生迅速進入最佳狀態(tài),是他們在輕松愉快的氛圍中和老師一起踏上對知識的探索之旅。
2.進行小組討論:Who is she? Why is she famous?

StepⅡ:Word and phrase revision
老師播放幻燈片(圖片2)讓學生復習詞組和重點單詞,檢查學生預習情況。
Step Ⅲ: Important sentences revision
通過復習重點單詞和短語,引出課文中經(jīng)典句子(圖片3):
