考研英語小作文急訓(xùn)之投訴信
距離最后的考試只有近兩個(gè)月的時(shí)間，最后的沖刺序幕正式拉開。英語復(fù)習(xí)到這個(gè)階段，最重要的就是作文。要想在最后的考試成績(jī)中脫穎而出，現(xiàn)階段就必須要把精力放在分值占在30分的寫作上。考研英語中大作文的要求是內(nèi)容切題、表達(dá)清楚、文字連貫、句式多變和語言規(guī)范。小作文考察點(diǎn)在信息點(diǎn)的覆蓋、語言的準(zhǔn)確性、文章組織的連貫性上。
其中小作文占10分，分為求職信、祝賀信、道歉信、詢問信、推薦信、感謝信、邀請(qǐng)信、辭職信等等二十多種應(yīng)用文。每個(gè)類別都有相對(duì)固定的語言模式，都有固定詞語要求。
投訴信是當(dāng)人們對(duì)某機(jī)構(gòu)的工作人員或其服務(wù)不滿時(shí)，向有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的主管或監(jiān)督人員所做出的書面表述。其內(nèi)容往往包括對(duì)被投訴事件的回憶，投訴人的心里傷害、經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，以及投訴人對(duì)被投訴方提出的合理補(bǔ)償要求等。
寫作“三步曲”：
自我介紹，交代投訴內(nèi)容，表明本信的目的和要求→說明情況，講清利害，分析利弊。告訴對(duì)方你因此受到的傷害或不便，提出解決問題的建議，表明希望如何處理→表達(dá)希望問題得到迅速恰當(dāng)解決的強(qiáng)烈愿望，希望盡快得到滿意的答復(fù)。
注意：
寫投訴信時(shí)語氣要冷靜、鄭重、克制，不必過于禮貌。但也要就事論事，不能進(jìn)行人身攻擊。同時(shí)，在描述問題時(shí)盡量采用被動(dòng)句式，使描述更加客觀合理。
范文解析：

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to make a complaint against your bad delivery service.
I’m afraid that the enclosed CD player doesn’t work. It is the third one I’ve got to return this month.
Other than the three I’ve had to return recently, I’ve always found your products to be excellent. I would be grateful if you could send a replacement and refund my postage.
I look forward to your reply and proper resolution of my problem, and will until the end of this week before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me by the address on the envelope or by phone at 6668888.
