一、信函寫作：稱呼、正文、落款

1、審題—-判斷是個(gè)人書信&事務(wù)公函

決定：

語(yǔ)域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達(dá)，不用縮略語(yǔ)（對(duì)公）

半正式：可以使用縮略和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)（對(duì)私）

非正式：（一般不考）——It depends

呼語(yǔ)： 特定的寫信對(duì)象：Dear XX

不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam， or To Whom It May Concern

2、正文

三段（8句）：寫作目的段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待。

3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排

5）慰問信：

A.基本結(jié)構(gòu)

Dear…，

表示同情，進(jìn)行安慰；

鼓勵(lì)其努力；

在此表示同情，并希望其早日復(fù)原。
