蒸汽活化提高脫硫劑鈣利用率的實驗研究
摘要: 本文用小型熱態(tài)流化床實驗臺對以CaO為主要成分的鈣基脫硫劑石灰乏吸收劑在150 600的溫度范圍內進行了蒸汽活化處理,進而實驗研究了這種處理對提高脫硫劑鈣利用率的效果。結合化學成分分析和X射線衍射的結果初步探討了蒸汽活化的機理。研究表明,脫硫劑對水蒸汽的物理吸附明顯受活化溫度的影響,蒸汽活化后的鈣利用率提高顯著,可能存在一個最佳活化時間 Abstract: The Calcium-based (Ca-based) spent absorbent was reactivated by steam at thetemperature of 150 600 using the laboratory-scale fluidized bed.The effect of steam reactivation on the conversion was studied according tothe weight gain after steam absorption and the second sulphation process. Themechanism of steam reactivation was discussed according to the results ofcomposite analysis and the data of XRD (X-ray diffraction).
