旋風(fēng)分離式集沙儀在風(fēng)洞內(nèi)集沙效率的試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 為了改變旋風(fēng)分離式集沙儀本體直徑、入口截面寬度、錐體段高度的主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),在實(shí)驗(yàn)室風(fēng)蝕風(fēng)洞內(nèi)分別進(jìn)行了性能試驗(yàn),測(cè)試了集沙儀的性能參數(shù)并進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明,改變其中一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的水平,集沙儀平均沙塵收集率在80%~90%之間,而且參數(shù)水平的變化對(duì)于各粒徑范圍的土樣的沙塵收集率影響程度不同.通過分析可得: 在各風(fēng)速下,對(duì)于各種粒徑的土樣,本體直徑由50 mm改變?yōu)?0 mm時(shí)沙塵收集率降低;入口截面寬度由10 mm變?yōu)? mm時(shí)沙塵收集率提高約2%~3%;錐體段高度由100 mm改變?yōu)?25 mm時(shí)沙塵收集率提高約3%~4%.對(duì)于不同粒徑的土樣,當(dāng)分別以本體直徑為50 mm、入口截面寬度為8 mm、錐體段高度為125 mm時(shí),集沙儀的平均沙塵收集率提高2%~4%. Abstract: A performance test was conducted in the wind tunnel by changing the principal configuration parameters of sampler such as the diameter of container, width of inlet opening and the height of cone. The result shows that the average sand collection rate is between 80% and 90% when any one of configuration parameter is changed. The effects are different in different sand grains and at different parameter levels. In different wind speed, the sand collection rate for different grain decreases as the container diameter is changed from 50 mm to 40 mm, but the sand collection rate is enhanced by 2%~3% when the width of inlet opening cross section changes from 10 mm to 8 mm, and the sand collection rate is increased by 3%~4% when the height of cone changes from 100 mm to 125 mm.
