北京城區(qū)強(qiáng)沙塵天氣對(duì)人群短期健康影響的調(diào)查分析
摘要： 目的 研究北京城區(qū)沙塵天氣對(duì)人群以呼吸系統(tǒng)癥狀為主的急性健康影響.方法 采用自填式問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,在2005年春季的一次強(qiáng)沙塵天氣期間,對(duì)北京市崇文區(qū)4所小學(xué)845例4～5年級(jí)學(xué)生及1653例成人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括被調(diào)查者一般情況、浮塵天氣過(guò)程自覺(jué)不適癥狀及診療情況等.同時(shí)收集浮塵天氣過(guò)程PM_(10),NO_2及SO_2的日平均濃度,對(duì)大氣各污染物與人群癥狀發(fā)生率做多元回歸分析,并對(duì)兒童與成人的癥狀發(fā)生率進(jìn)行比較.結(jié)果 浮塵天氣導(dǎo)致兒童與成人組發(fā)生眼、口、鼻、咽喉等部位的不適癥狀,大氣PM_(10)濃度與人群多數(shù)癥狀的發(fā)生率間存在正相關(guān),此外,兒童對(duì)浮塵污染的刺激更為敏感.結(jié)論 浮塵天氣導(dǎo)致大氣PM_(10)濃度的升高,可以對(duì)人體呼吸系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生急性不良影響. Abstract： Objective To assess the acute health effects of the population exposure to a dust event in Beijing. Methods A total of 845 children from 4 primary schools and 1653 adults were investigated in Beijing by the questionnaires during a dust event in the spring of 2005. The symptoms, such as upper respiratory and stimuli symptoms, were recorded daily. The daily air pollution (PM_(10), NO_2 and SO_2 ) data were monitored at the same time. The association between the concentrations of air pollutants and the incidence of symptoms in exposed population were analyzed by multiple regression models. Results Positive associations were found between the PM_(10) concentrations and respiratory symptoms both in children and adults during the dust event. The children were more susceptible than adults to air pollution. Conclusion The dust events could have adverse effect on human respiratory health.
