Recently, we have little time to keep close contact with nature. We spend too much time on study or working. It means that we need to relax ourselves and go out to breathe more fresh air. We can also climb a hill in the suburbs.It's good for our health.

It's helpful t remember that relaxed people can still be superachievers and, in fact, that relaxation and creativity go hand in hand.When I'm feeling uptight, for example, I don't even try to write. But when I feel relaxed, my writing flows quickly and easily.
