　　Ticket Agent: It's my pleasure!

　　接待處：愿意為您效勞。

　　Janice: How much luggage can I take for my flight?

　　賈尼斯：我登機(jī)的話，可以允許攜帶多少行李呢?

　　Ticket Agent: It is allowed to carry 55 pounds for each passenger.

　　接待處：每位乘客可帶55磅的行李。

　　Janice: But if I have more than 55 pounds, what can I do?

　　賈尼斯：那么如果我的行李超過了55磅怎么辦呢?

　　Ticket Agent: You will have to pay some for every extra pound.

　　接待處：每超出一磅的話都要額外付費(fèi)的。

　　Janice: How about my hand carry luggage?

　　賈尼斯：那我的隨身攜帶的行李怎么辦呢?

　　Ticket Agent: You can bring one, if you want to.

　　接待處：如果愿意的話，您可以拿的。

　　票務(wù)處：中國東方航空，早上好，有什么能為您服務(wù)嗎?

　　Janice: I would like the round-way ticket to Shanghai on December 10th.

　　賈尼斯：我想預(yù)訂十二月十日飛往上海的往返飛機(jī)票。

　　Ticket Agent: Lady, let me check. Do you want the morning or the afternoon flight?

　　票務(wù)處：女士，讓我查一下，您想要乘坐上午的還是下午的航班呢?

　　Janice: What's the departure time?

　　賈尼斯：飛機(jī)什么時候啟程呢?

　　Ticket Agent: 2:30.

　　票務(wù)處：下午2:30。

　　Janice: Well, the afternoon will be fine.

　　賈尼斯：下午的那趟班機(jī)就可以。

　　Ticket Agent: First class or economy?

　　票務(wù)處：請問您是需要頭等艙還是經(jīng)濟(jì)艙?

　　Janice: First class will be preferred.

　　賈尼斯：最好頭等艙。

　　Ticket Agent: Well, afternoon flight on December 10th to Shanghai. May I have your name, please?

　　票務(wù)處：好的。十二月十日下午飛往上海的航班，請告訴我您的名字。

　　Janice: My name is Janice. Well, I book this ticket for Nova,the marketing manager of Pineapple Computer Company. Where can I get the flight ticket?

　　我叫賈尼斯, 我為Pineapple電腦公司的市場部經(jīng)理諾娃預(yù)訂飛機(jī)票。請問我到時候去何處領(lǐng)取機(jī)票呢?

　　Ticket Agent: You may take it up at the ticket office. That is located on International Street 150.

　　訂票處：您可以去國際街 150號的訂票處領(lǐng)取機(jī)票。
