  英文簡歷書寫格式

  1、英文書信寫作的五項基本原則

  這五項基本原則是:consideration, conciseness, clarity, courtesy, correctness。即:體貼、簡明、清晰、禮貌、正確。

  2、英文書信的結(jié)構(gòu)

  信頭(heading):包括寫信人地址和寫信日期。位置在信箋的右上角。地址從小到大,按單位換行,比如第一行寫門牌號和街道,第二行寫城市和省(州),第三行寫國家和郵政編碼。日期按照下列格式:june 1,xx(美國),1 june,xx(英國)。

  封內(nèi)地址(inside address):如果是比較正式的信函,信箋上還要寫上對收信人的稱呼和他的地址。它一般位于信頭的下方,信箋的左邊頂格的位置。

  稱呼(salutation):封內(nèi)地址低兩行,靠左邊頂格自成一行。如果是公函,則稱呼對方的職位,如果是一般朋友則可稱呼為my dear xx,如果是比較熟悉的朋友則可以用dear xx。

  正文(the body):有什么寫什么即可。但注意五項基本原則。

  結(jié)尾詞和簽名(complmentary close and signature):一般信函的結(jié)尾詞用yours sincerely/truely/faithfully)。如果是公函則以yours respectfully結(jié)尾為多。親密一些的私人信件則可以根據(jù)情況以yours ever/ affectionaely,love,等結(jié)尾。結(jié)尾詞下方要求手寫簽名,手寫簽名下方打印簽名。

  附件和再啟(enclosure and postscript):如果有附件,則可以按照這樣的格式寫:enclosure: xxx。如果有另外的事情需要補充,則可以用p.s.開頭,表示“又啟,又及”的意思。

  信封的格式(superscription):寫信人的姓名地址位于信封左上角(或信封背面中上方)。收信人的姓名地址位于信封中央或偏右。

  收轉(zhuǎn):在收信人姓名下方寫上收轉(zhuǎn)人的姓名,并在前面寫上c/o字樣。

  a. personal date(個人資料):name(姓名)、address(通訊地址)、postal code(郵政編碼)、phone number(電話號碼)、birthdate(出生日期)、birthplace(出生地點)、sex(性別)、height(身高)、weight(體重)、health(健康狀況)、date of availability(可到職日期)、number of identification card(身份證號碼)。因為是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或中學(xué)畢業(yè)不久,一般沒有結(jié)婚,因而可省略marital status(婚姻狀況)和children(兒女情況)兩項。當然,如果是研究生畢業(yè)已婚,則應(yīng)寫明。

  b. job/career objective(應(yīng)聘職位)。

  在chronological resume中,通常包括以下元素:

  a. personal date(個人資料)。具體內(nèi)容同以學(xué)歷為主的簡歷相同,不過,因為你參加工作多年,已進入結(jié)婚年齡,所以不管你是否結(jié)婚,都應(yīng)注明婚姻狀況和兒女情況。

  b. job/career objective(應(yīng)聘職位)。
