1、What can you tell me about yourself? ( 關(guān)于你自己，你能告訴我些什么? )
This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character， qualifications， ambitions， and motivations.
這一問(wèn)題如果面試沒(méi)有安排自我介紹的時(shí)間的話(huà)。這是一個(gè)必問(wèn)的問(wèn)題�？脊俨⒉幌Ｍ愦笳勀愕膫�(gè)人歷史。是在尋找有關(guān)你性格、資歷、志向和生活動(dòng)力的線(xiàn)索。來(lái)判斷你是否適合讀MBA。
下面是一個(gè)積極正面回答的好例子： 在高中我參加各種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性體育活動(dòng)， 并一直努力提高各項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的成績(jī)。大學(xué)期間，我曾在一家服裝店打工，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我能輕而易舉地將東西推銷(xiāo)出去。銷(xiāo)售固然重要，但對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，更重要的是要確信顧客能夠滿(mǎn)意。不久便有顧客返回那家服裝店點(diǎn)名讓我為他們服務(wù)。我很有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)，力求完美對(duì)我很重要。
2、What would you like to be doing five years after graduation? ( 在畢業(yè)以后5年內(nèi)你想做些什么? )
I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager， I am planning on that also. 你要清楚你實(shí)際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA 交流一番。問(wèn)問(wèn)他們?cè)诋厴I(yè)后在公司的頭5年都做了些什么。
可以這樣回答： 我希望能在我的職位上盡力做好工作，由于在同一領(lǐng)域工作的許多人都被提為區(qū)域負(fù)責(zé)人，所以我亦有此打算。
3、What is your greatest strength ? ( 你最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么? ) 這是很多面試考官喜歡問(wèn)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical， but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.
這是你 展示自己 的最佳機(jī)會(huì)，不要吹噓自己或過(guò)于自負(fù)，但要讓雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
如可答： 我認(rèn)為我最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠執(zhí)著地盡力把事情辦好。當(dāng)做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的預(yù)想時(shí)，我會(huì)有一種真正的成就感。我給自己定了一些高目標(biāo)。比如說(shuō)，我要成為出色的畢業(yè)生。盡管在大學(xué)一年級(jí)時(shí)我啟動(dòng)慢了些， 但最終我以?xún)?yōu)等論文完成了學(xué)業(yè)。
4、What is your greatest weakness? ( 你最大的弱點(diǎn)是什么? ) You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any， everyone has weaknesses.
你不應(yīng)該說(shuō)你沒(méi)有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問(wèn)題;每個(gè)人都有弱點(diǎn)。最佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。
可能的話(huà)，你可說(shuō)出一項(xiàng)可能會(huì)給公司帶來(lái)好處的弱點(diǎn)，如可說(shuō)： 我是一個(gè)完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會(huì)撒手的。
5、 How do you feel about your progress to date? ( 對(duì)于你至今所取得的進(jìn)步你是怎樣看的? )
Never apologize for what you have done.
絕不要對(duì)你以前的所作所為表示內(nèi)疚。
如可答： 我認(rèn)為我在學(xué)校表現(xiàn)不錯(cuò)。事實(shí)上，有好幾門(mén)功課我的成績(jī)居全班第一。 在某公司實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)，我獲得了該公司數(shù)年來(lái)給予其雇員的好幾項(xiàng)最高評(píng)價(jià)。

First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens thoughts. What s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.
Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important, it s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.
That s my simple and clear reasons why I took the postgraduate exams.
My university:
I m graduating form Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 5years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.
