　　The next Monthly Management Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 5, at Meeting Room A.(下一次月例會將在4月5日周一上午10點(diǎn)在會議室1舉行。)

　　如果通知內(nèi)容是變更會議時(shí)間地點(diǎn)，則可參照以下例文。

　　The next Monthly Management Meeting (previously scheduled on Monday next week) has been rescheduled on Friday, April 9, same time, same place.(下一次月例會(之前確定在下周一召開)被改在4月9日周五召開，時(shí)間地點(diǎn)不變。)

　　如果需要提前預(yù)告會議內(nèi)容，則不妨另起一行，將會議安排陳述以下。

　　Following is the agenda for the meeting:

　　1. Purchase of New Office Computers

　　2. Extension of Summer Holidays

　　3. Budgetary Control

　　以下是會議議程：
