附:上司通知我公司急需招聘一名業(yè)務(wù)代表，并且老板有言在先，這次招聘的業(yè)務(wù)代表不同往常，重要的是他是不是一個(gè)注重細(xì)節(jié)的人。所以，上司一再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)在招聘啟事中要把老板提出的責(zé)任心和細(xì)心放在首位。
我們公司雖是一家知名企業(yè)，但要在短時(shí)間內(nèi)找一位符合老板要求的人還是有點(diǎn)困難，我決定在招聘啟事里做點(diǎn)“文章”。我的啟事是這樣寫的：本公司急需招聘一名業(yè)務(wù)代表，男女不限，大專以上學(xué)歷，電子專業(yè)，要求能適應(yīng)激烈的市場(chǎng)“竟?fàn)帯保休^強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先錄取。
第二天，我的展位很快就吸引了幾位應(yīng)聘者。我問(wèn)站在最前面的一位男士是否符合招聘啟事上的要求，他胸有成竹地說(shuō)自己有兩年的業(yè)務(wù)代表工作經(jīng)歷。我讓他把招聘內(nèi)容念一遍，他用極標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的普通話大方地念了起來(lái)，我問(wèn)是否發(fā)現(xiàn)有不當(dāng)?shù)牡胤�，他又念了一遍后很肯定地�(fù)u了搖頭，我有些失望。另外幾位求職者有的說(shuō)里面的句子不通順，有的說(shuō)沒(méi)有公司的詳細(xì)地址，還有的說(shuō)招聘廣告寫得不規(guī)范，卻沒(méi)有一個(gè)人發(fā)現(xiàn)廣告中真正的問(wèn)題。
快到11時(shí)了，我有些著急，就指著招聘廣告大聲說(shuō)：誰(shuí)能指出招聘廣告的不當(dāng)之處，下午就可到公司面試。
話音剛落，展位立即擠滿了人，有個(gè)女孩高興得喊出了聲，她滿懷信心地向我展示她的湖南大學(xué)畢業(yè)證書，并說(shuō)她是剛踏出校門的應(yīng)屆生，找了一個(gè)多月的工作，皆因沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)而被拒絕。她還說(shuō)一定能夠勝任業(yè)務(wù)代表這個(gè)工作崗位，因?yàn)橹赃x擇從做業(yè)務(wù)開始，邁出走向社會(huì)的第一步，就是要適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。隨后她拿起筆將啟事上“竟?fàn)帯眱勺指臑椤案?jìng)爭(zhēng)”。這時(shí)旁邊的人才恍然大悟，我開心地笑了，并告訴她下午到公司面試。
回到公司，上司告訴我，上午招聘的女孩老板很滿意，我點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭，始終沒(méi)有說(shuō)出上午招聘的過(guò)程。
