附:HR給求職者提出三點(diǎn)建議:
1、面試前應(yīng)聘者一定要對(duì)招聘單位概況有最基礎(chǔ)的了解!安灰B這個(gè)單位是干什么的,規(guī)模有多大,這些基本問(wèn)題都來(lái)問(wèn)我們。如果把每次面試都看成趕場(chǎng),我們也會(huì)趕你下場(chǎng)!
2、在介紹實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷時(shí),不要說(shuō)自己“主持”或者“負(fù)責(zé)”了什么項(xiàng)目,這種用詞明顯是夸大其詞,最好選擇說(shuō)“參與”了什么項(xiàng)目。還有一點(diǎn)需要注意,如果應(yīng)聘者參與過(guò)一個(gè)大項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作,而自己只涉及其中一小部分內(nèi)容,千萬(wàn)不要為了突出自己可以參與大項(xiàng)目的能力,而對(duì)你所涉及的那一小部分工作避而不談,卻對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目侃侃而談。“我們只關(guān)心你做了什么,而不是這個(gè)項(xiàng)目做了什么。”胡女士強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)。
3、應(yīng)聘者特別需要注意的,因?yàn)閲?guó)企有落戶口的優(yōu)勢(shì),所以很多外地學(xué)生對(duì)這一點(diǎn)尤為青睞。但在面試時(shí),求職者切忌表現(xiàn)得對(duì)落戶口問(wèn)題過(guò)于關(guān)注。胡女士介紹說(shuō),有些應(yīng)聘者一上來(lái)就問(wèn)能不能落戶口,多少年可以離職,需不需要付賠償金等問(wèn)題。這樣帶有強(qiáng)烈目的性的畢業(yè)生,基本不會(huì)考慮錄用。
目前,很多國(guó)企都在模仿外企和大型民企的面試模式,但二者選人的側(cè)重點(diǎn)是有所區(qū)別的。
