附：HR給求職者提出三點(diǎn)建議：
1、面試前應(yīng)聘者一定要對(duì)招聘單位概況有最基礎(chǔ)的了解�！安灰B這個(gè)單位是干什么的，規(guī)模有多大，這些基本問(wèn)題都來(lái)問(wèn)我們。如果把每次面試都看成趕場(chǎng)，我們也會(huì)趕你下場(chǎng)�！�
2、在介紹實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷時(shí)，不要說(shuō)自己“主持”或者“負(fù)責(zé)”了什么項(xiàng)目，這種用詞明顯是夸大其詞，最好選擇說(shuō)“參與”了什么項(xiàng)目。還有一點(diǎn)需要注意，如果應(yīng)聘者參與過(guò)一個(gè)大項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作，而自己只涉及其中一小部分內(nèi)容，千萬(wàn)不要為了突出自己可以參與大項(xiàng)目的能力，而對(duì)你所涉及的那一小部分工作避而不談，卻對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目侃侃而談。“我們只關(guān)心你做了什么，而不是這個(gè)項(xiàng)目做了什么。”胡女士強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)。
