在過(guò)去的十二年當(dāng)中，一直有人問(wèn)我為什么要把學(xué)習(xí)型中國(guó)這個(gè)活動(dòng)在每年元旦的時(shí)候一直堅(jiān)持下去？其實(shí)我也在問(wèn)我自己，學(xué)習(xí)的本質(zhì)到底是什么？我覺(jué)得學(xué)習(xí)更有力量，組織學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)變成組織力量，集體學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變成集體力量等等。世界人民看到中華民族都認(rèn)為中華民族是一個(gè)善良、勤勞的民族。但是，我想說(shuō)多年以后世界會(huì)另外看到中國(guó)，世界上會(huì)把中華民族形容成一個(gè)好學(xué)的民族，智慧而且幸福的民族，各位同意嗎？

nothing is difficult if you put your heart on it. nothing is easy if you don’t try your best.
we often hear people say, “never give up.” this can be encouraging words
and words of determination. a person who believes in them will keep trying to
reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. in my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. therefore, i believe that we should never give up.
one reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. it is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. if we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives.
probably the greatest example of persistence is abraham lincoln. born into poverty, lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. he lost eight elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown.
he could have quit many times - but he didn't and because he didn't quit, he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of our country. lincoln was a champion and he never gave up.

大家好！
晚上跟媽媽聊天，說(shuō)到我弟自從上了高中，變得懂事好多。
我隔著屏幕不禁失笑，是啊，離開(kāi)家，怎么能不長(zhǎng)大。
記得我還很小的時(shí)候，媽媽就開(kāi)始去上班工作，雖然離家不是很遠(yuǎn)，還能夠每天見(jiàn)面，可是疲憊的工作，加之回家洗衣服做飯等繁瑣的家務(wù)，慢慢的，我們的交流越來(lái)越少。
甚至很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間里，我都沒(méi)有主動(dòng)的.跟媽媽去聊一些在學(xué)校里發(fā)生的事情，也不會(huì)像其他女孩兒那樣會(huì)跟媽媽說(shuō)很多體己的話(huà)，我甚至總覺(jué)得自己是一個(gè)人在成長(zhǎng)，對(duì)于越發(fā)陰郁封閉的性格，母親一定是有所虧欠的。
那時(shí)候還并不能夠理解一個(gè)女人辛苦分擔(dān)養(yǎng)家的心酸，處在父母竭力創(chuàng)造的舒適環(huán)境和安逸生活里，只過(guò)于在意自身感受，卻從來(lái)沒(méi)有去體諒過(guò)她們，內(nèi)心里對(duì)于她對(duì)我極少的關(guān)心和體貼是耿耿于懷的，所以青春期開(kāi)始，我變得極其叛逆，性格頑固又很倔強(qiáng)，從不會(huì)輕易地妥協(xié)。

12年來(lái)，博鰲亞洲論壇日益成為具有全球影響的重要論壇。在中國(guó)文化中，每12年是一個(gè)生肖循環(huán)，照此說(shuō)來(lái)，博鰲亞洲論壇正處在一個(gè)新的起點(diǎn)上，希望能更上一層樓。本屆年會(huì)以“革新、責(zé)任、合作：亞洲尋求共同發(fā)展”為主題，很有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。相信大家能夠充分發(fā)表遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)卓識(shí)，共商亞洲和世界發(fā)展大計(jì)，為促進(jìn)本地區(qū)乃至全球和平、穩(wěn)定、繁榮貢獻(xiàn)智慧和力量
當(dāng)前，國(guó)際形勢(shì)繼續(xù)發(fā)生深刻復(fù)雜變化。世界各國(guó)相互聯(lián)系日益緊密、相互依存日益加深，遍布全球的眾多發(fā)展中國(guó)家、幾十億人口正在努力走向現(xiàn)代化，和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏的時(shí)代潮流更加強(qiáng)勁。同時(shí)，天下仍很不太平，發(fā)展問(wèn)題依然突出，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入深度調(diào)整期，整體復(fù)蘇艱難曲折，國(guó)際金融領(lǐng)域仍然存在較多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，各種形式的保護(hù)主義上升，各國(guó)調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨不少困難，全球治理機(jī)制有待進(jìn)一步完善。實(shí)現(xiàn)各國(guó)共同發(fā)展，依然任重而道遠(yuǎn)。
亞洲是當(dāng)今世界最具發(fā)展活力和潛力的地區(qū)之一，亞洲發(fā)展同其他各大洲發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。亞洲國(guó)家積極探索適合本國(guó)情況的發(fā)展道路，在實(shí)現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展的同時(shí)有力促進(jìn)了世界發(fā)展。亞洲與世界其他地區(qū)共克時(shí)艱，合作應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)，成為拉動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇和增長(zhǎng)的重要引擎，近年來(lái)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率已超過(guò)50%，給世界帶來(lái)了信心。亞洲同世界其他地區(qū)的區(qū)域次區(qū)域合作展現(xiàn)出勃勃生機(jī)和美好前景。
當(dāng)然，我們也清醒地看到，亞洲要謀求更大發(fā)展、更好推動(dòng)本地區(qū)和世界其他地區(qū)共同發(fā)展，依然面臨不少困難和挑戰(zhàn)，還需要爬一道道的坡、過(guò)一道道的坎。
亞洲發(fā)展需要乘勢(shì)而上、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。對(duì)亞洲來(lái)說(shuō)，發(fā)展仍然是頭等大事，發(fā)展仍然是解決面臨的突出矛盾和問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵，迫切需要轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益，在此基礎(chǔ)上不斷提高人民生活水平。
亞洲穩(wěn)定需要共同呵護(hù)、解除難題。亞洲穩(wěn)定面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)，熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題此起彼伏，傳統(tǒng)安全威脅和非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅都有所表現(xiàn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)本地區(qū)長(zhǎng)治久安需要地區(qū)國(guó)家增強(qiáng)互信、攜手努力。
亞洲合作需要百尺竿頭、更進(jìn)一步。加強(qiáng)亞洲地區(qū)合作的機(jī)制和倡議很多，各方面想法和主張豐富多樣，協(xié)調(diào)各方面利益訴求、形成能夠保障互利共贏的機(jī)制需要更好增進(jìn)理解、凝聚共識(shí)、充實(shí)內(nèi)容、深化合作。
女士們、先生們、朋友們!
人類(lèi)只有一個(gè)地球，各國(guó)共處一個(gè)世界。共同發(fā)展是持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)，符合各國(guó)人民長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益和根本利益。我們生活在同一個(gè)地球村，應(yīng)該牢固樹(shù)立命運(yùn)共同體意識(shí)，順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流，把握正確方向，堅(jiān)持同舟共濟(jì)，推動(dòng)亞洲和世界發(fā)展不斷邁上新臺(tái)階。
第一，勇于變革創(chuàng)新，為促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展提供不竭動(dòng)力。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，各國(guó)各地區(qū)在保持穩(wěn)定、促進(jìn)發(fā)展方面形成了很多好經(jīng)驗(yàn)好做法。對(duì)這些好經(jīng)驗(yàn)好做法，要繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。同時(shí)，世間萬(wàn)物，變動(dòng)不居�！懊髡咭驎r(shí)而變，知者隨事而制�！币饤壊缓蠒r(shí)宜的舊觀念，沖破制約發(fā)展的舊框框，讓各種發(fā)展活力充分迸發(fā)出來(lái)。要加大轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)力度，更加注重發(fā)展質(zhì)量，更加注重改善民生。要穩(wěn)定推進(jìn)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)金融體系改革，完善全球治理機(jī)制，為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)健康穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)提供保障。亞洲歷來(lái)具有自我變革活力，要勇做時(shí)代的弄潮兒，使亞洲變革和世界發(fā)展相互促進(jìn)、相得益彰。

去年11月，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨召開(kāi)了第十八次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)，明確了中國(guó)今后一個(gè)時(shí)期的發(fā)展藍(lán)圖。我們的奮斗目標(biāo)是，到20xx年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值和城鄉(xiāng)居民人均收入在20xx年的基礎(chǔ)上翻一番，全面建成小康社會(huì);到本世紀(jì)中葉建成富強(qiáng)民主文明和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)。展望未來(lái)，我們充滿(mǎn)信心。

All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. The very existence of the Greek state is today threatened by the terrorist activities of several thousand armed men, led by Communists, who defy the governments authority at a number of points, particularly along the northern boundaries.
A Commission appointed by the United Nations security Council is at present investigating disturbed conditions in northern Greece and alleged border violations along the frontiers between Greece on the one hand and Albania, Bulgaria, and Yugoslavia on the other.
Meanwhile, the Greek Government is unable to cope with the situation.
The Greek army is small and poorly equipped.
It needs supplies and equipment if it is to restore authority of the government throughout Greek territory.
Greece must have assistance if it is to become a self-supporting and self-respecting democracy.
The United States must supply this assistance.
We have already extended to Greece certain types of relief and economic aid.
But these are inadequate.
There is no other country to which democratic Greece can turn.
No other nation is willing and able to provide the necessary support for a democratic Greek government.
The British Government, which has been helping Greece, can give no further financial or economic aid after March 31st.
Great Britain finds itself under the necessity of reducing or liquidating its commitments in several parts of the world, including Greece.
We have considered how the United Nations might assist in this crisis.
But the situation is an urgent one, requiring immediate action, and the United Nations and its related organizations are not in a position to extend help of the kind that is required.
It is important to note that the Greek Government has asked for our aid in utilizing effectively the financial and other assistance we may give to Greece, and in improving its public administration.
It is of the utmost importance that we supervise the use of any funds made available to Greece in such a manner that each dollar spent will count toward making Greece self-supporting, and will help to build an economy in which a healthy democracy can flourish.
No government is perfect.
One of the chief virtues of a democracy, however, is that its defects are always visible and under democratic processes can be pointed out and corrected.
The Government of Greece is not perfect.
Nevertheless it represents eighty-five per cent of the members of the Greek Parliament who were chosen in an election last year.

你今天聽(tīng)到東邊熱鬧往東跑，明天聽(tīng)到西邊熱鬧，就掉頭往西邊跑。很多年下來(lái)，你就會(huì)變成一個(gè)沒(méi)頭蒼蠅，東一榔頭西一棒槌，疲于奔命，沒(méi)有積累。我認(rèn)為，如果你覺(jué)得自己還年輕，那一定要花點(diǎn)時(shí)間想一想，不說(shuō)長(zhǎng)了，就是未來(lái)的十到十五年時(shí)間，你到底要想成為怎樣的人?未來(lái)十到十五年，你到底最想獲得什么?這是最重要的。這個(gè)東西，你可以說(shuō)是夢(mèng)想，也可以說(shuō)是價(jià)值觀。

一旦有了這個(gè)想法，所有的選擇都變得非常簡(jiǎn)單。比如我上高中的時(shí)候在全國(guó)物理競(jìng)賽上獲過(guò)獎(jiǎng)，很多大學(xué)都愿意錄取我，各種專(zhuān)業(yè)五花八門(mén)。其中一所比較著名的大學(xué)，想錄取我上食品工程專(zhuān)業(yè)。我父母聽(tīng)說(shuō)以后十分高興，他們經(jīng)歷過(guò)吃不飽飯的年代，覺(jué)得上了這個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)，以后就不愁吃飯了。但我堅(jiān)決不同意，因?yàn)槲覍?duì)食品不感興趣，我就是想編軟件。當(dāng)時(shí)西安交大也來(lái)錄取我，我當(dāng)時(shí)也不知道西安交大是干什么的，以為是修鐵路的大學(xué)。但西安交大讓我上計(jì)算機(jī)系，那我就去了，因?yàn)榉衔业哪繕?biāo)。相反，我很多同學(xué)根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)熱門(mén)不熱門(mén)來(lái)選專(zhuān)業(yè)，很多人選了國(guó)際貿(mào)易。這種選擇看起來(lái)很聰明，但現(xiàn)在看來(lái)，這未必是他們真正想要的，也未必是自己能夠施展才華的地方。
你如果說(shuō)，我的目標(biāo)很簡(jiǎn)單，就是年薪50萬(wàn)。對(duì)這樣的.目標(biāo)，我的建議是，目標(biāo)不能太物質(zhì)化。太短期、太物質(zhì)化的目標(biāo)不能內(nèi)化成你的夢(mèng)想。像年薪50萬(wàn)、100萬(wàn)這樣的目標(biāo)，你可能很快就實(shí)現(xiàn)了，然后就失去了夢(mèng)想，沒(méi)了目標(biāo)，跟有些拿到巨額拆遷款的人一樣，沉溺于賭博，把自己的未來(lái)都?xì)Я?或者有的物質(zhì)化目標(biāo)很難實(shí)現(xiàn)，比如你想成為中國(guó)首富，可能你很快就放棄了。我認(rèn)為，只有這種非利益化的夢(mèng)想和目標(biāo)，才能長(zhǎng)期激勵(lì)一個(gè)人不斷地去追求。
我大學(xué)畢業(yè)時(shí)，也面臨著選擇。到底是去南方的某家銀行工作，拿一月3000元的高薪，還是去北京的一家大型電腦公司，拿一月800元的工資?我沒(méi)什么猶豫就選擇了后者，因?yàn)橹挥械诫娔X公司，才能學(xué)習(xí)怎么做軟件，才有機(jī)會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)我的夢(mèng)想。
后來(lái)我離開(kāi)這家電腦公司到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)里去創(chuàng)業(yè)，有很多人說(shuō)：“你太有勇氣了，放棄了高薪和職位�！钡俏矣X(jué)得這不需要什么勇氣。它已經(jīng)不適合我了，沒(méi)法幫助我實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想。這些別人認(rèn)為很珍貴的東西，對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是Nothing。所以，你的夢(mèng)想和目標(biāo)不跟物質(zhì)掛鉤，物質(zhì)就不會(huì)成為你選擇時(shí)的掣肘。
對(duì)于高中生來(lái)說(shuō)，誘惑可能是某個(gè)看起來(lái)前景良好的專(zhuān)業(yè)。對(duì)于大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，誘惑可能是一份待遇豐厚、人人艷羨的工作。但是隨著你越走越遠(yuǎn)，物質(zhì)的誘惑越來(lái)越大，你就更需要夢(mèng)想這個(gè)堅(jiān)定的羅盤(pán)來(lái)指引。
當(dāng)年我要離開(kāi)雅虎，因?yàn)樵诶锩娌荒軇?chuàng)新，很多好想法實(shí)現(xiàn)不了，這種氛圍讓我窒息，讓我忍無(wú)可忍。雅虎說(shuō)，要提前辭職，會(huì)扣我3000萬(wàn)美金。即使放到現(xiàn)在，這也是一筆不小的數(shù)目。很多人替我惋惜，說(shuō)你再混個(gè)一年半載的。我不想混，也最痛恨混。對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，自由是最重要的，干自己想干的事兒是最重要的。于是，我再一次的創(chuàng)業(yè)。于是，有了360。
