Some people tend to stick to their positions all the time, as they think the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. They are usually high achievers.
Some are different. They are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue (follow) what is new and stimulating (interesting). They never seem content with their present situation. Some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances, so they hop from job to job.
As far as I am concerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constant job-hopping, as the saying goes “Jack of all trades, master of none”. But I want to cooperate and communicate with someone else so as to be more creative and less partial.

一些人堅持自己的立場的時候，他們認(rèn)為時間越長中的一個特定領(lǐng)域的作品，更多的人會熟練它。有些人被老師所有的生命。一些貢獻(xiàn)自己的科研生命能量。這樣的人熱愛自己的工作，并最終被證明在自己領(lǐng)域的專家。他們通常是高成就。
有些是不同的。他們在工作習(xí)慣是跳槽，因為他們始終奉行(后續(xù))什么是新的，刺激(有趣)。他們似乎永遠(yuǎn)與他們目前的狀況的內(nèi)容。有些人喜歡以滿足更多的人，賺更多的錢，并結(jié)識新朋友，讓他們跳的轉(zhuǎn)換工作。
至于我本人而言，我想成為專業(yè)強。我不是在不斷跳槽了贊成票，因為俗話說“人不可貌相，不精。”但我想與人合作和溝通，否則，以更多的創(chuàng)造性，少部分。
