　　1.避免口語化、簡化詞

　　在寫作過程中，一定要避免過度使用口語化，或者簡單化的詞匯。比如：購買 可以說成purchase而不是buy，因為寫作是書面體的文章，過多地使用口語化的詞匯不僅與文體不符，還顯得考生的詞匯量不夠。

　　2.切忌重復(fù)使用單一詞匯

　　優(yōu)秀的英語文章是可以用不同的詞匯，表達相近的語義，以此反映語義間微妙的差異，比如英語中僅僅表達好的意思就有許多種不同說法，pretty / excellent/ perfect / marvelous / wonderful / superior / appealing / good等等，所以在考試中要注意前文出現(xiàn)的詞匯，后面盡量避免反復(fù)使用。

　　3.切忌句式的重復(fù)且簡單的套用

　　雖然參加四級考試的考生已經(jīng)掌 握了豐富的英語句式，如并列句、省略句、強調(diào)句等等，但是在有限的時間內(nèi)，許多考生仍無法對這些句型運用自如，從歷年的考試來看，考生的作文中反復(fù)出現(xiàn)的就是簡單句，簡單句或陳述句當(dāng)然可以使用，但如果通篇都是這種句式，文章勢必會缺乏文采，讀起來也會顯得有些乏味。

　　4.一定要注意寫作文體，和語氣的合理運用

　　文體不同，寫作用語和語氣也會有所不同，如論述類的文體需要更加嚴謹和規(guī)范的用語;書信類文體需要真誠和自然的用語;廣告類文體則需要激情和有號召力的用語，只有把握不同文體的用語風(fēng)格才能選用合適的語匯與句法。同時不同的文體對于寫作的格式也有各自的要求，例如：信件與廣告的格式就各不相同。還有，中國考生在英文寫作時常常會將漢語表達的習(xí)慣帶入到英語文章中來，出現(xiàn)許多如should、must、need這樣的情態(tài)動詞，而這種語氣并不符合歐美人的表達習(xí)慣。
