　　我國的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日形式多樣，內(nèi)容豐富，是我們中華民族悠久的歷史文化的一個組成部分。

　　節(jié)日的起源和發(fā)展是一個逐漸形成，潛移默化地完善，慢慢滲入到社會生活的過程。它和社會的發(fā)展一樣，是人類社會發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物。我國古代的節(jié)日，大多和天文、歷法、數(shù)學(xué)，以及后來劃分出的節(jié)氣有關(guān)，這從文獻上至少可以追溯到《夏小正》、《尚書》，到戰(zhàn)國時期，一年中劃分的二十四個節(jié)氣，已基本齊備，后來的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，全都和這些節(jié)氣密切相關(guān)。
